I'm an Aqua customer – how do I opt out?

To control how we get in touch and what information you'd like to receive, log in to your Online Account Manager or the Aqua app and update your account settings. The form above is just for people who aren't Aqua customers, so please don't complete it as we won't be able to update your account settings this way.

How did Aqua get my personal details?

We may have got your details from Experian, or you might be on our database because you asked about one of NewDay's products in the past.
Experian collects consented information from the edited Electoral Roll and passes it on to businesses, who can use it for marketing purposes.

Will Aqua send me any other marketing communications?

You might receive two more mailers from us, if we've already arranged for it to be posted. You shouldn't receive anything else after that, though.

Can I opt out of all unsolicited direct postal marketing?

If you don't want to receive unsolicited postal marketing communications from any businesses at all in the future, it's worth registering with the Mailing Preference Service.
